Maybe the default full version of the image may not be the correct one, because its huge size can slow down the download time and increase the data transferred.

You can now force the use of a smaller or perfect sized image to optimize navigation and site performance.

Set best image size for current element, Widget, Column or Section from standard Background Group Control available on each Background Section in Advanced Tab.
